TripAdvisor Reviews!

"I traveled to Gatlinburg with 17 family members on vacation and the staff was so friendly and accommodating to us. Three of us went on the Lower Pigeon, as we had an 80 yr old and a young child, and the other 15 went on the more challenging Upper Pigeon course... [They] split us into 3 boats of 5, after originally telling us it would have to be 6, 6, and 3 (we didn't want random people in the boat because we had planned to purchase the photos). It was great that they were willing to address our concerns and worked quickly to come to a solution everyone was happy with. The pictures were excellent and it was only $40 to purchase the entire disk with 11 shots of the boat, which I thought was worth it... "
